Military Court

Our firm represents active duty and permanent soldiers and reserve service officers who are suspected or accused of committing offenses of a criminal nature such as: drug offenses, violence, desertion and evasion, weapons offenses, theft, training accidents, sexual offenses, forgery of birth certificates and a range of other offenses for which conviction entails a criminal record ( full or reduced).


Our office also represents citizens designated for security service, and soldiers on duty and regularly legal/bureaucratic representation in front of the various military authorities, including regulating the status of foreign residents.


 Among other things, our office deals in the following areas: consulting and preparation for disciplinary proceedings, preparation for criminal investigations, representation throughout the criminal proceedings before the courts - including detention hearings, and HL, GALAT, etc.


Residents outside of Israel - children of immigrants, relocation, erasure of criminal records - handling procedures for applying to the President of the State regarding the submission of requests to shorten the periods of criminal registration, legal representation of permanent personnel before appeals committees - representation of permanent officers and soldiers before the appeals committee, which is a labor law tribunal among permanent personnel in the IDF for representation Military personnel in selection processes prior to their recruitment to the IDF for representation before the various military authorities in administrative procedures - public inquiries officer, personnel department, Meitav, chief medical officer, soldier acceptance commissioner, third parties, representation on various committees - prison committees, drug committees, legal advice in dismissal procedures, suspension for personnel Determination of those suspected of committing criminal offenses during their military service, support in lawsuits before the Ministry of Defense to recognize the client as disabled in the IDF - representation in lawsuits against a compensation officer for the recognition of disability resulting from illness or injury caused due to the position, as well as representation in appeals to appeal committees (if there is no recognition of disability due to service) or a medical committee Upper (if the level of disability does not match the personal situation)
